Ituhku - Curative Community Culture

"Ituhku" is a community encompassing wellness initiative aimed at providing an Indigenous / First Peoples approach to holistic wellness based upon the importance of interconnectivity and integration with the totality of life. 

Drawing upon Indigenous concepts of identity, this initiative empowers both individuals and communities with necessary tools for reinterpretation of cultural understandings into solutions for contemporary challenges.
